If you see any mistake on your confirmation voucher please contact us immediately by email: info@my-special-tour.com 

If you wish to change the dates of your stay you will need to contact us in writing via email: info@my-special-tour.com. Please, prepare confirmation voucher you get on the email during the booking process, you will need to give us details from the voucher.

We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. When you make a booking or purchase a service at our website you agree to us using and disclosing that information to enable us to process your booking which will include the information being passed on our third party suppliers (such as renters, hoteliers, tours and transfer providers,etc.).

All the bookings and purchase of the services made through this website is paid online by credit or debit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express.

All cancellation must be made in writing. We are unable to accept verbal cancellations. Cancellation charges are highlighted in cancellation policy of each service.
